As a family, we’re going to try to modify that list for our Lent plan. Every year we give up candy - but sometimes we just replace that with chips. This is a better balance.

So many people overlook fiber in their diet, we need more articles like this to raise awareness of this problem!It isn’t hard to get the amount we need, loads of food has it like bread and some rices.
