Just a simple wish to you for a healthy 2013. To help keep you focused, we wanted to remind you of the simple lessons learned from MyPlate:
- Make half your plate fruits and vegetables
- Make at least half your grains whole
- Switch to skim or 1% milk
- Vary your protein food choices
If you can keep those rules in mind, you’ll be well on your way for a healthy year.
