Healthy Holiday Recipe Idea- Frozen Fruit Slush

One of our fabulous graphic designers, Barb serves this fruit slush for breakfast Christmas morning. It sounded great, so we thought we'd share it with all of our readers. The holidays are synonymous with treats, so why not put a little healthy spin on them this year?

Frozen Fruit Slush
Ingredients:

2 bags frozen raspberries
1 or 2 bags frozen strawberries (sliced)
1 large can lemonade concentrate
1 large can orange juice concentrate
1 large can crushed pineapple in its own juice
1 large can water, more if you’d like (filling concentrate can)

Instructions:
Mix water, cans of concentrate and crushed pineapple in large container that you can freeze. Add sliced strawberries and raspberries. Stir just until mixed. Cover airtight and put in freezer 24 hours before serving. Take out 1/2 hour before serving to thaw slightly. Serve.
