Infectious Disease: Spread the Word, Not the Germs

It’s in the news – everyone is at least a little worried about infectious disease these days. One of the things the Center for Disease Control (CDC) does is CDC promote the health and well-being of children and adolescents to enable them to become healthy and productive adults. They have a website that helps visitors appreciate that being healthy is just the first step in preparing students – but also provides tools to get school and classrooms prepared such as Coordinated School Health, systematic approach to improving students’ health and well-being so they can participate and succeed in school.
