NSBW Recipe from Palm Springs Unified School District - Cheesy Ortega Breakfast Tacos

Today's school breakfast recipe is from Palm Springs Unified District.

3.5 lbs Frozen Liquid Egg

2 lbs Shredded Cheddar Cheese

2lbs Cottage Cheese

2 Tsp Baking Powder

8oz Butter buds (liquid)

16oz Diced Green Chili’s

2 6’ corn Tortilla’s

2 oz salsa

NSBW Breakfast Tacos - Palm Springs Unified School DistrictCombine eggs, cheeses, baking powder, butter buds, and chili’s. Spray a 400 hotel pan with pan coating and pour mixture into pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and eggs are set. Once cooked, scoop ½ cup of egg mixture and divide between 2 corn torilla’s and top with 2 oz salsa.

Yield 20 half cup servings
