Fruits & Vegetables: Let's Make a Meal DVD

A wild but instructional game show about fruits and vegetables. Five high school-age contestants represent the five color categories of fruits and vegetables--blue/purple, white, green, yellow/orange, and red--and they compete to answer nutritional questions. This video is a fast and fun way for students to learn nutrition concepts and practical fruit and vegetable ideas.
