A Novel Approach to Family and Consumer Science
Blending reading into the FACS curriculum is easy when you encourage students to read books they enjoy and link the content of those books to hands-on activities. Based on twelve novels written for teen and young readers, the activities in this resource are appropriate for individual instruction or an entire class. Activities build FACS skills, stimulate discussion, and encourage activity.
These are the books that are incorporated into the curriculum.
