Anatomy of MyPyramid Certified Training Unit

The School Nutrition Association approves this course for 2 hours in the key area of nutrition.

Prepared and tested by SNA trainers, this certified training unit is a complete overview of USDA’s MyPyramid food guide. The PowerPoint presentation explains the symbolism of the pyramid, as well as what makes MyPyramid different from past food guides. A commitment to improving food choices and incorporating physical activity are presented in support activity worksheets and discussion questions.
