Is Learning ZoneXpress on my school ’s approved vendor or bid list?
Check with your purchasing department at your school or organization. If we aren’t currently an approved vendor, e-mail us at customerservice@learningzonexpress.com and we’ll start the process to become one.

Does LZE take purchase orders?
Yes, we take purchase orders generated by schools, colleges and universities, and government agencies. Please make sure you’ve indicated your Industry Type in your customer account when purchasing online.

Do you charge sales tax?
We only charge sales tax to Minnesota customers who are subject to excise sales tax.

Why is my credit card declining?
One of the most popular reasons your credit card is declining is because your Billing Address doesn’t match the address where your credit card statement is sent to. You can verify the Billing Address in your LZE account by clicking on My Account, then click on “Change Your Billing/Shipping Info.” If the problem persists, please call 888.455.7003 and we will take your order over the phone.

We ship most orders within 24 hours. You can get a more accurate delivery date by calling Customer Service at 888.455.7003.

What is your return policy?
We hope you’re happy with the products you ordered from us. If not, here’s now to go about returning or exchanging products:

Posters are non-returnable, but all other items in re-saleable condition carry a 60-day money back guarantee. Just fill out the Return Form (pdf) that came in your shipment box. Send the Return Form, the item(s), and your invoice to: (You are responsible for return shipping costs)
