Is Learning ZoneXpress on my school’s approved vendor or bid list?

Check with the purchasing department of your school or organization. If we aren’t currently an approved vendor, e-mail us at customercare@learningzonexpress.com and we’ll start the process to become one.

Does LZX take purchase orders?

Yes, we take purchase orders generated by schools, colleges and universities, and government agencies by fax or online. Please make sure you’ve indicated your industry type in your customer account when purchasing online.

PURCHASE ORDER REQUIREMENTS: To process your order correctly, we will need your purchase order paperwork before your order will be shipped. Please fax to 507.455.3380. If you place your order online, you are still required to fax in your purchase order. Once your purchase order paperwork is received, your order will be shipped.

How do I set up an account?

In order to set up an account, you must first have items in your shopping cart. As you proceed to checkout, you will be prompted to login or create a new account.

How do I get a quote? 

E-mail all quote inquiries to customercare@learningzonexpress.com. Please include your billing and shipping information and the items you would like to purchase. You will then receive a quote via email.


How do I get a coupon code?

We offer coupon codes in a variety of ways. The easiest way is to sign up for our e-newsletter. Coupon codes are often included in these emails. You can also visit us at one of our conferences. For a conference schedule, please click here.

Do you charge sales tax?

We only charge sales tax to Minnesota customers who are subject to excise sales tax.

Why is my credit card declining?

One of the most popular reasons your credit card is declining is because your Billing Address doesn’t match the address where your credit card statement is sent to. You can verify the Billing Address in your LZX account by clicking on My Account, then click on "Change" under My Primary Billing Address. If the problem persists, please call 888.455.7003 and we will take your order over the phone.

If I place an order, when will I receive it?

We ship most orders within 24 hours. You can get a more accurate delivery date by calling Customer Care at 888.455.7003.

What is your return policy?

We hope you’re happy with the products you ordered from us. If not, here’s how to go about returning or exchanging products:

Posters and PowerPoints are non-returnable. Please preview/evaluate all products within 30 days of receipt. If you are not satisifed with your purchase please return your item(s) within 30 days using this form along with your invoice. Please take care when packaging your items for return as we are unable to issue credit for items received damaged or items that are not resalable. We recommend insuring your return package.
