Preschool Nutrition Activities that Significantly Increase Fruit and Vegetable consumption in Young Children
LANA curriculum, story books, recipe books, handouts, stickers and plush toys…
Preschool nutrition activities, when integrated into classroom discussions, naturally bring into play other learning modalities and strengthen the learning experience.
While every teacher knows the importance of teaching nutrition, it’s not always easy to find nutrition activities that smoothly integrate into your current curriculum. Using nutrition education and healthy activities, the LANA program gives teachers the tools they need to engage and encourage children to taste, eat and enjoy more fruits and vegetables.
