Using a blend of evidence-based data, science, and practical applications, Jill Weisenberger will review the connections between the foods we eat and cancer. This webinar will help you choose foods that are important in cancer prevention, avoid foods and the cooking methods that are linked to cancer, and understand the role of alcohol on breast and other cancers. She will cover common myths such as "superfoods" as well as research and recommendations on exercise.
