Jenna Anding is an Associate Professor and Extension specialist for Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service. For more than 14 years, she has been responsible for developing and evaluating education programs in the areas of food safety, food resource management, and nutrition. She resides in College Station, Texas but her job as an Extension specialist takes her across the state.
Jenna received her undergraduate degree in Agricultural Education and her Masters and PhD in nutrition – all from Texas A&M University. In addition to being a registered and licensed dietitian, Jenna is a certified secondary teacher in Agricultural Sciences and Biology. She enjoys gardening and Aggie baseball. More recently she has begun running with the goal of completing her first half marathon in 2013.
