Just a simple wish to you for a healthy 2013. To help keep you focused, we wanted to remind you of the simple lessons learned from MyPlate:

  1. Make half your plate fruits and vegetables
  2. Make at least half your  grains whole
  3. Switch to skim or 1% milk
  4. Vary your protein food choices
