We have a few more recipes to share with you this morning for National School Breakfast Week. Thank you all for entering our Soar with School Breakfast Recipe Challenge!
The first is a Breakfast Wrap that comes from Millbrae School District in Millbrae, CA! This recipe features local lavash bread from California Lavash in Gilroy, CA. Food Services Supervisor, Erin Primer, says it flies off the lines at their middle school. Maybe it will do the same at yours?
The second recipe is a yummy yogurt parfait from Sacramento Unified School District.
- Low-fat vanilla yogurt
- Fresh fruit - usually blackberry or raspberry
- Top with granola
Next up, an Egg Pizzas recipe from Virginia Beach City Public Schools.
