Share Your Story?

Are you finding yourself to be a resilient person?  I think that FACS professionals, as well as teachers of all subject areas, are often more resilient than others.  This year alone, while talking to others at the AAFCS conference, I met many with story upon story about overcoming a classroom issue, a personal issue, or a family issue. 

All of us have great stories.  What are some of the obstacles that you have overcome this year and what are you doing to get yourself through these troubles? 

There are times when we struggle and then in reflection, wonder how we got through.  Tell your story and help someone that may be walking in your shoes and needing your advice.

    I believe that avoiding prepared foods is the first step so that you can lose weight. They will taste beneficial, but processed foods contain very little vitamins and minerals, making you eat more only to have enough strength to get throughout the day. If you're constantly feeding on these foods, converting to cereals and other complex carbohydrates will aid you to have more strength while consuming less. Interesting blog post.
