1. A group consisting of parents and children living together in a household.
2. All the descendants of a common ancestor
But, we ask, how do YOU define family? Has that definition changed over time?
Family, however you define it, is important because RELATIONSHIPS are important for your mental, spiritual, physical and emotional health. Relationships are crucial for growth and happiness. On a scale of 1-10, 10 being the most satisfied, how would you rate your family bond(s)?
